Q: How soon can my order be filled?

A: We can fill many orders in less than 48 hrs on selected items, such as golf events, giveaways at tradeshows, and school events.

Q: Am I required to purchase a minimum amount to complete my order?

A: Depending on the item, we can work with you to provide you with a low minimum. With some items, such as awards, it may even be possible to order just one per order. However, as with all transaction arrangements, you will need to call for details.

Q: Is there a set up charge?

A: Set up charges apply to most orders, however prices vary per manufacturer, and there are usually none on repeat orders.

What do I need to expedite my order?

A: Artwork is a must, however a graphic artist is available to provide you with graphics at a cost per hour. Call for details.

Q: Do you have catalogs? If so, how do I receive one?

A: Catalogs providing information are available upon request along with quarterly specials.

A: Invoicing will be set up on specific terms once your credit line is approved, or your credit cards accepted.
